It would originally not let me enter build mode, but once I had a new Sims 4 folder created (and saved a backup one), it let me enter build mode. Deleting the easels and pool didn't work though!
I also tried to find a faulty relationship but had no success.

For me deleting the easel on the first floor did the trick so the question is, do you have all expansion ?
Also did you go straight to build mode after restarting the whole game and then delete the easel and then load the house ?

Thank you SO much!!! I tried going into build mode again and deleting the easels and it worked this time 🙂. Everything is back to normal!
(I only have the GTW expansion)
