hi, this past hour, I haven't been able to connect to the sims 4 gallery. and it says that I can't connect because my sims 4 isn't registered to my ea account. (picture below) does anyone have of had the same problem? please help
I've been having this problem lately, too. I tried putting in the original key used to activate the game in the first place to see if that would work, and it didn't. I'm guessing the problem has to do with an update or something? The only solution people seem to have to this is to make sure you're logged in to the correct account if you have multiple. I only have one account so that's not the problem I'm having, just thought I'd mention it to see if that was your problem.
