[FIXED] [PATCH 1.24.102] Map Reloading

I'm merging all map reloading issues in here. Please, remove your mods before starting your game.  If you have this issue, please do not save your game but exit without saving. Not to the main ...

I've had this problem but it's gotten worse with the newest patch instead of sending me to the map screen it sends me straight to the main menu every time I try to play a family.

    My Level 4 detective is on his second day of work.

    After going on patrol, he's told to issue an APB which results in a Neighborhood Loading Screen.

    I've tried repairing the game, deleting the cachestr folder's file and localthumbpackage file, then rebooting the game three times.

    No access to the crime scene map.

    If I click on the sim's home lot, I see he's at Desert Bloom Park.

    The "Info" for Desert Bloom Park describes it as "Incomplete: no lot traits have been assigned."

    If I try to enter Build mode to assign lot traits, I get the Neighborhood Loading Screen again.

    The Detective career is completely unplayable now, because I can't go the crime scene.

    And for the record, I use clothes and hair cc, but no mods. I'm using the default Police Station.
