@Candysimmer1 Installing Sims 3 should have no direct impact on Sims 4, although indirect influence is possible, for example if your computer is low on free storage now. At any rate, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also let me know whether you use mods or custom content in Sims 4, and if so, whether removing the Mods folder allows the game to run properly.
I do use mods in the Sims 4 and they always worked and never crashed my game, it's only when I installed Sims 3 then everything started breaking so maybe I should delete it and get rid of DirectX completely, plus I have used 16.2gb yet out of the 1tb I have in my storage so that isn't the problem.
