Flashing Blue Icon with Loading Circle? Can't Play My Sims

Okay so recently I bought the sims 4 cats and dogs expansion and ever since or maybe even since the update (as I haven't attempted to play until today), my game refuses to work. Edit world mode works...

It worked, but I did get a game failed to load error before my household could load.

    could you post a screenshot of that error ?

    Did you try a new save or just a different household ?

      I cannot take a screenshot of the error but I could but it does say the game failed to load error code 123eb51a6cf:2837eb3e.
