@amakura740 Please exit your game and move your Mods folder to your desktop (no worries, when you restart the game it will create a fresh Mods folder). Next, delete the localthumbnailcache.package file, plus delete any other folder in the 'The Sims 4' folder with the word 'cache' in the title. Now start your game and see it the issue is still present. If this fixes the situation you can re-add your Mods/CC one at a time to see if one was causing the issue. Please also check for updates for all Mods/CC.
If this does not fix the issue please try retracing the room to see if once it is completed it will create a new floor. If this does not work you could share your effected build to the gallery with a name like 'Floor Glitch Test' and let me know if your ID in the gallery is different than it is here (or add a link in this post), then I can test it in my game.
