Flying lamasin my worlds can't play

Please help I have flying lamas in my Sim 4 game. I am 76 and have played sims for the last 22 years. Please help me.I don't know that much  computers. I play on a PC.

I did clean the cache, but they were still there could. But I will try again. Thank you fellow Simmer!!.

      @goodcakebaker  Then I'd like to see the screenshots I mentioned.  If you're having trouble creating them, please let me know what part is a problem, and I'll try to help.
