Foot Size Not Staying As Set

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS when changing the size of the feet, switching outfits or changing anything causes them to snap back. It's a fairly recent issue (last couple of months)
What happens when the bug occurs? In CAS, foot size doesn't stay
What do you expect to see? The sliders to work correctly and for the changes to stay
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Basically everything stated above, the slider's changes don't stick
