For Rent not showing

I play on a Windows PC and do not use mods.

My library shows For Rent is downloaded and installed. When I launch the game, the pack will not appear. I have tried repairing the game many times and it will not show in game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, and it still shows that the pack has not been installed. I have even uninstalled the game itself. Nothing is working to get For Rent to appear in game. 

Has anyone else had this problem? What else can I try?
