Clicking the foundation in build mode with no way to raise the house.
The slider is also missing on existing raised foundations.

There have been some changes done to this.
Since you can do them individually now. Select the room and there should be an arrow to lower/raise

Closing the game and re-opening it did not help.
Is this a bug from the "Positivity Campaign"?

I have no mods on my game and my slider is also missing. So it has nothing to do with custom content. I'm trying to build a home for tomorrows launch for get famous and I can't with my slider for foundations no where to be found.
I just stumbled on this, in the game, by accident. Thank you for posting. I'm so excited because now I can make split level homes. Squee!
