FPS drop to 14 fps in buy/build mode

I've noticed that I usually play on around 60fps solid, but recently when I go into the build/buy mode, i drop down to around 14 fps with it being super stuttery. I'm currently playing in the new Str...

Hi;

See if opening the Game Options menu and closing it helps; I've been noticing this issue happening as of late after prolonged periods of game play. Close/Open of the Game Options menu seemed to temporarily fix the problem. I ended up having to reload the game to get it to stop, but it comes back after a few hours of gameplay.
