Freezing and Unable to Play

Help!!!  DxDiag attached.

Game will not start after most recent update. Prior, I was having issues with eternal save & exit screens. Now I can't even get to the launch screen. The game lags and the plumbob freezes at start-up and then once I get to the Reaper's Reward pop-up my mouse freezes. Hitting the windows key and returning to desktop and then returning to the game gives me a white screen where the mouse temporarily works again. But when the screen returns the mouse freezes again.

Steps I've taken:

1. Deleted all mods and CC

2. Repair game via Origin

3. Delete all screenshots in Sims 4 folder.

3. Deinstallation and reinstalled everything.

Still having this issue and I'm very displeased. Also double checked that my computer meets minimum requirements but that was never an issue until October.
