After the pool patch it seems that i am not able to return to my desktop when i am playing in fullscreen mode i have tried alt+tab windows key nothing windowed fullscreen mode and windowed mode works without any problem the only problem its with fullscreen mode
It's an origin issue. Did you try the suggestion above ?

Turning off Origin in game fixes this issue for me. I would like to keep it on please.
it seems that there is something with settings when i change some screen settings i can return back to desktop but after when i return back to game i am stuck again

Hmm nope but i will try that if i deactive origin from game then gallery goes off right?
No, Origin in game doesn't have anything to do with the gallery. Origin will still be online. You just can't use the Origin features while ingame (like the new chat)
