Gallery Issues

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? Gallery is not working properly. It lags on everything and often shows no results after spinning forever. Lags when trying to fave. Lags when trying to showcase. Lags to show comments. Lags to load profile and sometimes shows no results for catalogue
What do you expect to see? Faster loading and no blank pages after waiting for them to load
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    PLEASE.. IF THERES ANYONE OUT THERE THAT KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS, HELP US. IT WOULD BE EXTREAMLY APPRICIATED. THNX.

    It is.

    It gets fixed and then it breaks again. But it doesn't need a patch to fixed. It's something about the servers. 

    Bugs are more long time issues that need fixing in a patch.

    Alright, so I think I was just being a lil stupid there lol. I deleted all my mods and what do ya know, they most likely weren't updated or something because now the gallery works. I think it has something to do with the carribean update, hah

    EDIT: Okay, nevermind, the gallery now doesn't work again.. It worked for about three seconds and then I tried searching for something and that didn't work, then I tried to close out the search and it went back to nothing showing, and zero items in the gallery

    i have seen this problem on this website over the last week, however i cannot seem to find any solutions which work for me

    i cannot get any results in the gallery, i updated the sims yesterday to the patch Caribbean update.

    i have tried all filters, closing the game and reopening, trying later in the day, trying different words, reopening the gallery/recconecting to the gallery

    i have no mods or cc

    any suggestions much apprechiated

    I understand that this has been going on the whole august and it is apparently getting even worse. The gallery needs to be fixed properly this time.

    Aw man, I told Bob not to go unplugging things, but he did anyway. Now the gallery isn't working again and showing No results found.
