gallery not connecting

my gallery hasn't been letting me connect it just keeps spinning when i press connect! its so frustrating as i have WIFI and there is no reason for it not to be able to connect as i did work and just stopped and has not worked for 2 weeks. How can it be fixed?

    KatieRose12877  Can you test with a different internet connection?  For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.
