@CloutStorm I have the same issue with a build in my library. In my case, it's a single build and it shows up as a different home icon, depending upon how I have my library filtered. However, one constant is it's always the last build shown (could this be the same in your case as well?). When I click on the icon, it pulls up the blue box you mentioned, also with some garbled and flickering icons at the top. I believe that this is caused by a corrupt item in my library. Like you, I have uninstalled/reinstalled, repaired, and cleared my cache, to no avail. I'm sure that deleting the contents of the Tray folder would fix it, but then I would lose all the items in my library, which is not acceptable to me. Thus far, the corrupt item hasn't actually caused me any difficulty other than the annoyance of its presence. It hasn't spread to other items or caused me problems with downloading/sharing, so I have just tolerated the problem and let it go. I'm sorry I don't have a solution for you.
Yes, that's my problem as well (including the weird flickering icons). At the very bottom of my library some of the houses I've downloaded from the gallery have duplicated at the bottom of my library as well. I also can't delete the glitched houses/venues when I click on them and see the blue screen. I have this problem no matter how I filter the lots. I think I may have to delete my entire cache.
