Game Acting Strange/MCCC Not Working

So, I have a HP laptop running Windows 10, bought about two weeks ago. And I have the Sims 4 from Origin. No Stuff/Game Pack and Expansions, just lots of CC and Mods (once I figured how to do it, I went a little overboard, lol)

Yesterday, I installed a few CC/Mods, one being a Sesame Street room for toddlers, and a bedwetting mod that doesn't work. I had to uninstall the SS room stuff before I could load my game up, which I did. I started the game, and the MCCC option is there, but once I click on it, it won't launch. Thinking it was the bedwetting mod, I uninstalled it. It still won't work, so I tried to repair my game on Origin three times, uninstalling and reinstalling MCCC twice, save and close it to play, and deleted a couple of mods today. Nothing is working. I'm considering uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself or uninstalling/reinstalling my CC and Mod stuff, but I really don't want to lose my game progress (unless there's a way to back it up safely before I do it), or lose the content I spent hours finding/downloading.

My other problem is my toddler. Her bladder is full and red, but it won't give me the option to have her use her diaper. And I can't do the potty, because she's not at level 2 to use it independently...I don't want her potty training/ed right now. And when I make my sims do something, sometimes the action will just stop, and they won't do it. I'm not sure if this is a glitch, a bug, or something caused by a faulty CC/Mod that is affecting my MCCC.

I hope this was easily understandable, I tried to explain my issues in the best way I could possible with some details. The help is very greatly appreciated!

EDIT 1: I just called EA, who told me to delete all of my Mods/CC, so they're in my recycle bin. I uninstalled and am reinstalling the game on Origin.

Removing mods and CC is not enough.
After each update, most scripts mods and a large part CC will be spoiled and will spoil the game. Checking what broke down this time after the patch, and replacing these broken ones by a new updated version or deleting these is the price the player pays for using CC and mods
Move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game - important!
    Fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC.
Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version

If it will not work then try doing a factory reset as described in this post:

    I don't work for EA

  • Sounds good, I called EA last night for help, and they were trying to make me delete all of my CC/Mods. I'll delete faulty ones, but I want to keep almost everything. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game (I only have base for now), and I'm now trying to figure out how to get my saves/CC/Mods back into the game. When I open it, the MCCC mods/script mods will pop up.

Game reinstallation applies only to files in the game's installation folder in Program Files, so it should not affect your saves or library, so you still should have your saves folder in the game folder in the Documents
