Sounds good, I called EA last night for help, and they were trying to make me delete all of my CC/Mods. I'll delete faulty ones, but I want to keep almost everything. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game (I only have base for now), and I'm now trying to figure out how to get my saves/CC/Mods back into the game. When I open it, the MCCC mods/script mods will pop up.

Game reinstallation applies only to files in the game's installation folder in Program Files, so it should not affect your saves or library, so you still should have your saves folder in the game folder in the Documents
