Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

Hi, everytime I try to run The Sims 4, it pops up with a message saying the game is already running, I’ve tried doing fixes like adding them as Process Exclusions and checking to see if my Controlled Access Folder is on, which it isn’t, so im not sure what to do. Additionally I can’t find process in my files of Ts4.x64.exe so IM wondering if maybe that’s the issues. Now I have a further issue in which my game just says Backround services crashed when trying to run the EA app, someone please help.
