"Game available only on windows"

Anyone else have their Sims 4 game in their library faded out and say "Game available only on windows" with no download button insight?? Also, tried inserting the product code and says I already have it. Help!

Product code? Do you have a physical copy of the Sims 4?

No, the product code appears under game details in Origin. It's a digital copy in my origin but I'm on my mac and it appears faded and no download link in sight

Try deleting your Origin cache. I don't know where to find them exactly on Macs but on WIndows it would be these
