EA StaffIt seems to be a connection issue then @cmcMCMXCIV1. I can see you have two accounts, could you make sure the game is not in this account instead of the first one you used?

Ok, @cmcMCMXCIV1, could you open this page and tell me if this is where you have checked the game is not showing?

That's normal @cmcMCMXCIV1, the game is automatically added to your account, so you don't need an email with the code. If you log into Origin with the account where the game is in, you will find the game in your library and you will be able to download it 🙂
