laddy19 I've split your post into its own thread because your issue looks to be very different. Is your whole computer crashing, or just Sims 4? I ask because your dxdiag is full of BlueScreens. It is possible you're not seeing them if they're happening during the shutdown sequence, but if they do happen while you're playing, please let me know.
Most of the BSOD codes are the same and are related to a system driver behaving badly. The codes don't indicate which driver that would be, but since you said the touchpad stopped working (is that what you meant?), that could be the problem driver.
So please take your computer completely offline, uninstall the driver you have, through the Device Manager, then restart your computer and install the driver Acer provides for your laptop:

Your mouse should work fine in the interim. The reason to go offline is so Windows doesn't install what it thinks is an appropriate driver instead of the one you want to use.
If that doesn't help, whether you get a BSOD while playing or just a normal game crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
