Game Clock and Game Time out of sync
I have been having a problem for a few months now, where the game clock and in game time are not in sync. For example: children should go to school at 8am, and get a pop up at 7am to say school start...

If you start a new game for testing purposes, do you have the same issue ?
The issue is still there when i start a new game (and becomes noticeable within 24 sim hours)

Your CPU is a bit weak but I don't think that has anything to do with the issue
Could you start a new game for testing purposes to see if you have the same issue there ?
