Game Clock and Game Time out of sync

I have been having a problem for a few months now, where the game clock and in game time are not in sync. For example: children should go to school at 8am, and get a pop up at 7am to say school start...

Your CPU is a bit weak but I don't think that has anything to do with the issue

Could you start a new game for testing purposes to see if you have the same issue there ?

Would you mind sharing a save file with me, @Pandragonsbox? I know you said it happens on new games as well, but hopefully I can reproduce it using a similar machine to yours and one of your saves. 🙂

      Upload to some file sharing site like mediafire or Dropbox and PM the link to @SimGuruNick
