game completly reset?

Hello,

 I have been playing the sims 4 for over a month now with no issues, however I tried to load it up the other day and it was completely reset. All my households, saves, downloads everything was gone?? I don't know what happened? It was like when I first started to play with tutorials and everything... anyone else had this happen? any help would be great thank you!
