Game constantly crashing

Since a few weeks now (I have tried playing every now & then just for it to crash again), my game has been unplayable. I deleted all mods, the cashe etc., even uninstalled and reinstalled both EA and...

    @MidnightAS  Thanks for all the info, but your dxdiag alone makes the issue clear: it's a problem with your laptop's graphics chip and driver and the DirectX 9 version of Sims 4.  You can force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode: open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and enter -dx11 in the command line box.

    You could also update the graphics driver to the newest one provided by Intel, but that's not always a good idea with laptops—the manufacturer has often tuned the driver it provides to work better with that particular hardware.  Still, if you'd like to try, here's the newest driver:

    If you do want to try it, run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
