dmcocchiara Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while and am still catching up.
Most of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag look like those associated with high-end Intel processors that the motherboard can sometimes overclock by default. For some boards, a BIOS update has fixed the issue, so look for a new BIOS for your board. I can't tell from the dxdiag whether one is available though. To search yourself, find the board model, google "[model name] drivers," and click the MSI support page.
If you don't have a new BIOS available, or installing it doesn't help, try disabling CPU Turbo Boost, which would be under the BIOS Advanced settings.
