Game constantly verifying
hi all! just downloading whatever the latest update is on my PC and the game has been stuck in the 'verifying' stage for hours - its done it probably about a dozen times now without actually finishing the update. have cleared cache, have tried to run the update multiple times, still constantly verifying! any help much appreciated 😳
quick edit: it finishes the verification stage each time then immediately begins it again
@DoraBeaPie Does it help to repair first? The option is under Manage. Pleaes clear the EA App's cache (again) before trying.

If that doesn't help, please let me know what antivirus you use. Please also list the game's install location. You can find it by clicking Sims 4, then Manage > View properties.
