Game Continues Crashing After Folder Refresh and Game Repair

Hi all, I've been trying to figure out why my game continues to crash. I did a complete folder refresh and game repair from these instructions (https://simsafterdark.com/diy-troubleshooting-library/how-to-folder-refresh-game-repair/) and first started with placing my old saves into my new game file. My game crashed again, so I'm not sure if my saves are corrupted or if there's something else entirely happening.

I'm playing through Steam / EA app and using Windows 10.

@yasminandlucky  A lot of the information in this error report is either extraneous or unusable by regular people, so don't worry about not understanding it.  The important details are that TS4_x64 (Sims 4, DirectX 11 version) crashed because of an error with TS4_x64, and the type of error was a breakpoint.  This in turn has a few known causes: a bad graphics driver, the game running out of memory, and (occasionally) bad mods.  There are probably other causes too that aren't common enough to have stood out.

At any rate, your dxdiag lists a few different kinds of Sims 4 errors, which makes troubleshooting more difficult but also suggests looking in a different direction.  Of course if you've added back any mods or custom content at all, the next step is to remove the Mods folder, and please keep testing in new saves just in case there's something wrong with your old ones.

Aside from that, have you overclocked any of your computer's components, or did the person who built the system (if it wasn't you) perhaps do so?  In that case, please undo all relevant settings so your components are all running at stock speeds.  An unstable overclock can produce errors that look like almost anything else.

Please also list the product numbers of the memory modules you have installed.  These will be printed on the modules themselves, as well as the box they came in, and should also be on a parts list supplied by a custom builder.  Memory errors can also look like anything else.
