Game Crashed on Specific Sulani Lot

Hey guys! So I've been struggling the last couple days trying to address a problem where the sims 4 was causing my computer to completely crash (not just the game.) I did every step, spent well over 12 total hours either with customer support or waiting for them, even upgraded to windows 10, nothing fixed it.
And I found the actual culprit by chance.
One of them suggested I try a completely new save. Which I did, (this was the second day, not sure why it took so long for this to be suggested?) I couldn't move my family in right away, so I put them into another lot, loaded into that and played just fine, and then went to kick the family out of the house I wanted for them so I could move in... and then the computer crashed again.
I spoke with support about this after, but they seemed entirely uninterested and were still trying to have me jump through hoops about my computer (despite the fact that, 12 hours in I might remind you, I'd pretty much exhausted possibilities and at this point it was more about "maybe talk to Microsoft about the crash happening".
Anyway, I digress.
I decided to try an experiment, and completely bulldozed the lot, then played.
No problem, even after adding CC back. I haven't had a crash since, including on that lot.

For those wondering, it's the Sulani lot that's the chiefs house, right next to the mountain (not the Volcano.) I have not tried playing it with the original sims? (I tend to prefer making my own families and stories as a general rule.)

I was wondering if anyone else had any issue with that lot causing their computers to crash.

@CassandraOOC To be sure, this only happened in one save game that had mods/cc in at the time of the crash ? If you start a fresh save and move the family there and then try to play that, you have no issues ?

To me it sounds like a corruption of the save game which can be caused by mods/cc and hence isn't necessarily a game bug.

Do you still have that corrupted save and would you be willing to share it ?

No? I thought I said as much. To clarify, I started a new save, without mods, and it still crashed, but only in that lot.

(I also went through this without mods several times .I tried to summarize but literally I've been working on this for days.)

Then I tried bulldozing the lot itseld, and the game worked fine, even after I added moods back.

Unfortunately, crashed again after I alt tabbed after having played fine yesterday and part of today, so I don't even know anymore.

But I do want to emphasize I tried without mods, and with a clean save, and that particular lot still caused trouble.

@CassandraOOC Just needed to make sure I understood you right.

Would you mind sharing your save anyways ? There haven't been any other reports of that lot crashing and I just tried removing family and adding my own in my save and had no issues.

Also I know you said you provided this info to EA before but since we're community helpers here and don't have insight on your case with EA, could you provided your DxDiag again to see what you have ?
