@simplymaddiem  The EA App is crashing, so please uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Use the Intensive scanning method when asked.  Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.

Please test build mode in a new save, with a blank or EA-made lot, nothing from the Gallery or your own library.  If you get another crash, look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash, after reinstalling the EA App.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

You can also see whether the game was running in DirectX 9 or 11 mode this time around.  If you do see DX9 mode, and you didn't select it on your own, it's possible the game defaulted to using the integrated graphics chip.  In that case, please force it to use the Nvidia GPU instead.  Right-click the desktop, select the Nvidia Control Panel, choose Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, and choose the high-performance Nvidia card for both TS4_x64 and TS4_Launcher_x64.
