My game keeps crashing randomly !

nellyrozayy​  Please test with no mods or custom content just to be thorough.  There's no definitive way to say whether a given crash was mod-related, at least not without live debugging and more knowledge of the Sims 4 code base than anyone on this site has.  But a crash with no mods or cc present (and no ReShade or GShade or anything else that goes in the Bin folder) would be definitive, and no crashes with all this content removed would be highly suggestive.

There aren't any Sims 4-related errors in your dxdiag, just a bunch of generic Windows errors and one BlueScreen.  Did you see this BSOD, and if so, did it happen while you were playing or soon after?  It would have been relatively recent, but that could easily be a few days to a week ago.

The next time you get a crash, whether with mods and cc or not, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

I remember that BSOD and it was during my gameplay.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0982: 2025-12 Security Update (KB5072033) (26200.7462).

My game crashed again after I posted this but the Reliability Monitor still hasn't updated with those errors.

I suspect a VRAM issue. You can either increase it by going into your BIOS settings or upgrade the hardware. When VRAM (vitrual memory from your GPU) runs out it either crashes the app or cause BSOD. Just a theory. Good luck! 

How do I do that and how do I know if it needs  upgrading.

Good morning! Sorry for the late response. Holidays. Anyway, the easiest way to get to your BIOS settings, is Start Menu>Settings>Recovery>Advanced Startup. The computer will reboot and take you into your BIOS. Now from here different computers have different menu settings. There should be an option to increase the VRAM under the Graphics configuration (or whatever your computer manufacturer calls it). Here's a link to a quick how-to

As far as hardware upgrade it simply means replacing components like your GPU with a more powerful one with more dedicated memory. My personal favorite cards are NVidia. You can get a RTX 30 series for about 150-200 bucks or a 40 series for $400+. The 30 series is more than capable of working. 

It’s okay. Happy Holidays! I tried following the yt video but when I entered BIOS I didn’t see any of the options that were shown in the video so no luck with that. Do you think switching to a Nvidia graphics driver will help my problem?

nellyrozayy​  Please ignore the VRAM suggestions.  Your graphics chip doesn't actually have any of its own video memory; it borrows from main memory (RAM) to do its processing.  And it has 4 GB set aside already, which is more than enough for Sims 4 even on ultra graphics settings.  Besides, many BIOS versions for laptops and mini PCs (which are in some ways just laptops in a different box) are too limited to allow you to access these settings.

For the failed Windows updates, please run a couple of basic checks of your system files:

• Click Windows key-X
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
• Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
• After it reaches 100%, click Windows key-X again
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
• Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
• Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, open Windows Settings > Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

WoohooJuiceSim​  There's no evidence this is a VRAM issue, and there's no actual VRAM in this system, just main memory set aside for the graphics chip.  Plus, most mini PCs won't take a GPU upgrade at all—there simply isn't room in the case.  While an eGPU is an option in theory, that adds a significant expense and usually doesn't give the same performance as a graphics card installed the normal way.

nellyrozayy​  That's fine, sfc did its job and you don't need to do anything else on that front.  Try manually updating, then go back and try to play.  If you get another crash (with no mods or custom content present), please post a new dxdiag.
