Game crashes everytime I SAVE or TRAVEL
Hey folks. SO I've played the game and the first day was doing great. no bugs what so ever. Now I'm having this probem that every time I save the game manually or try to travel with sims to differ...

A few things you could try:
Go the the directory C:\Users\[User name]\Documents\Electronic Arts\" and rename or move the folder "The Sims 4". Relaunch the game and try again. Your save files will be missing for now, but if the game works without the crashes, then move the "saves" and "tray" folder from the old "The Sims 4" folder into the new one to get back your old CAS and Save games.
If that doesn't work, you could try right clicking Sims 4 in Origin and Repair Game, and should this not work, you could try reinstalling completely.

I did the Orgin repair before but it did not work. But I tested the removing "Sims 4"-file and after running the game with a family I deleted the save and tray folders and added the Original ones. Game seems to work for now. I'll let you know if it comes back. Thanks for the help!when you say rename or move what exactly do you mean? Im not sure i follow.
He means that you have to rename the Sims 4 folder or move the folder to another folder. When you restart the game the game recreates new Sims folder.
And info to tech support: I deleted the whole Sims 4 folder and started the game again, but the game still crashes if I save the game. Travelling goes OK.Hey ahtis89, sorry to hear you're having problems again. Could you try running the game as administrator and try saving to verify it still crashes when doing so?
