Game crashes if online access is enabled
When I started to download lot from the gallery and have my sim live in that downloaded house, my game always crashed. Why is that? I disabled the online access and started a new game and it was fine.

Seems there's quite a few people that have crashing issue in the gallery.
You should have one (or more) files called lastcrash.txt in documents\electronicarts\thesims4\
Could you upload those to mediafire or dropbox and PM me the links.

Did you update your game to the Nov 25th patch and tried since then ?
Yes, my game is up to date and I play everyday without the online access enabled.
I just enabled my online access and went to the gallery and unfortunately, I wasn't able to download a house because it crashed immediately. âšī¸
Maybe this month patch will bring more luck.

No, since the patch I was talking about isn't out yet.
You can try contacting a game advisor and have them escalate to a tech advisor so they can help you step by step.
Since I don't work for EA, I lack the necessary tools.
