Game Crashes November 2020

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.156.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them except fitness stuff, toddler stuff, and kids room stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it just happens around 8-10am sims time
What happens when the bug occurs? About 10 minutes into the game it freezes, I can not click on anything and my sims wont move, the clock time wont move and if i try to save the game i get the loading screen of death and the game wont save, and i have to force quit the game.
What do you expect to see? the game to run smoothly and not freeze
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. the new patch that came out last week caused this

    I have not made it to winter yet, my sims are currently in summer. I can try to schedule winterfest and see if he shows up if the game doesn't crash before that happens.

    I saw a post on the father winter bug, and all the same things happen to my game except I didn't have winterfest yet

    I have a Mac, i don't notice if the RAM goes up but i know the CPU goes up like crazzzyyyyy

    so far it seems to be only one save game where my sims live on mt komorebi.. I am 10 minutes into a different save game and have not encountered the issue yet. I reallllllly dont want to have. to make a new save game for my mt komorebi family ive already done so much for game play. is there any way to work around this or do i have to just make a new game?

    Also, did anyone ever figure out why the wrong chef always shows up in dine out? It seems this bug is never fixed and im tired of having the wrong chef consistently show up with 0 cooking skills
