Game crashes on launch after update 4/29/25

hii im not sure if this will work for you but i deleted one of my save files and it seemed to help

i went to my folders or idk what its called i went there, Documents > Electronic Arts > The sims 4 > Saves

basically i just took everything out and put it into a different folder and then after i slowly put them back in until i found the save that was crashing my game. Probably not the same for you idk if this will even work but for xample my save 13 was corrupted or something and after deleting it i was able to play again
