@UberDrew1 I posted instructions earlier, but in case you need it written out:
- Click Windows key-R
- In the run box that appears, enter dxdiag
- Wait for the scan to finish
- Click "save all information," and save the file to your desktop
- Click Reply to my post (not Quick Reply), click Browse below the text field, choose your dxdiag, and attach it
