thesoulfulsoul Again, if you are in your main save, and you try to switch to a different household, but one that only has sims you've never played before, can you switch and play that household? I'm not sure from what you've said—it's possible you tried that, and possible you only tried with the one sim that gave you trouble in the first place. I want to know whether different sims work for a very specific reason. If you can, please try sims that are already in the game when you start a new save, for example the Pancake household in Willow Creek.
Okay for context the sim that tried to move in with the other sim is my own that I made and they were trying to move in with Judith Ward. She did move from her house and world, got married to a randomly generated townie, and had kids with them but I moved her back into her old house without her husband or kids so that may be the issue?? And yes, I did try it with the same sim (Judith) and haven't tried any other sim but I'll try again with a different one in a different world.

Okay so somewhat bad news, the save has existed for some time so NO og townies are in their houses but I'll just try it with one of the random sims in a different house and world.
Tested it out and it worked so I think it most likely a issue specific to Judith. I'm doing a legacy challenge and moving in with Judith helps me out tremendously in the challenge so that's annoying. Is there anyway I can fix this? 😭

Okay update: I did some research and Judith is most likely corrupted. Idk how it happened but I'll try my best to replace her
