EDIT: Can't find a family called Akai in that save. The only played family has no issues loading (in Evergreen Harbour)

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
You only have issues with this save ? You said you had troubles with two families. Which is the other ?
