Game crashes when loading family

Hello, 

I have the same problems and I did what you said.

But the problems aren't solved 🙁

Still can't load my family. Everytime I click the house it's loading and then force closed.

Do you have another tips ?

    @pisco4869 I see you're c drive is rather full. I'm guessing that's a main issue here. Windows also wants to update and fails

    The game itself is also not updated. Seems you're still at 1.63 while we're currently at 1.75

    I would suggest making room on your c drive.

    Do you have your documents folder and your game on c or d ?
