Game crashing after exiting CAS

Hello! So, my game crashes every time i attempt to exit CAS mode. It never shows me an error nor creates a last crash report, it just crashes to my dextop, without any explanation whatsoever. I ran p...

    @p39k0eqxccij  The important details aren't language-specific, so no, I don't need a translation.  Sims 4 is crashing with an access violation (0xc0000005) due to a fault with d3d11.dll, a component of DirectX 11.  Since the .dll in question is stored in the Bin folder, try deleting and regenerating the entire Bin folder.  You'll first need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager, under background processes.  Go here:

    C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game

    and drag the Bin folder to the trash.  Restart your computer, clear the EA App's cache:

    and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).

    If that doesn't help, please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files, in case something else is using DX11 incorrectly:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here

    Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

    If that doesn't help either, please disable your virtual monitor software.  I'm not sure from your dxdiag exactly what that is, but you should be able to find it in the Task Manager, either in background processes or in the Startup tab.  You don't necessarily need to uninstall it; just make sure it isn't running.  If you need help with that, let me know what program it's from.  The point here is that another program could be interfering with Sims 4 without the game or the system overall being the problem.

    By the way, while we're trying to fix the issue, you can force DirectX 9 mode and probably get around the crashes.  The graphics options page will have a DirectX 9 in the lower-right area.  Check that and restart the game to switch to DX9 mode, and uncheck the box and restart when troubleshooting the DX11-mode crashes.
