game crashing after
I just downloaded parenthood and I can easily open up the sims and my current game but when I go to click on a household it crashes and I get a notification saying the sims 4 isn't working.

@Carla_2205 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't work, try starting a new save, as as a test. Create a sim or two (no need to spend much time on them), place the sim(s) in a house, and let me know whether you can play. If you can, quit, reload, and try to play that same household.
