@Dreamcatchersims Please move your entire Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Launch the game, which will create a clean folder with no content. If you can get past the loading screen now, then the issue is some other file in your old game folder. Instead of sorting through the rest of the files though, you can just start adding the contents of Mods, Tray, and Saves to your new game folder. Keep testing to make sure the game still loads properly.
If you still get a crash at the loading screen even with a clean game folder in place, before you've added anything to it, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
