SilverJanSims​  Saves are only stored locally on your computer, not on EA servers.  If OneDrive was running on your old computer, whether you deliberately used it or not, you could look for your old saves on onedrive.com, either in My Files or the Recycle Bin.  But other than that, there wouldn't be other copies floating around unless you made them yourself.
