Hope you're having a Happy Holiday season. Not sure if this is a known issue but sometimes when I add a lot from the gallery that includes all of the packs I own, it will say that something has been removed because I it's not owned but it is. Tonight I replaced the 'Spilled Neon' build in Nordhaven after purchasing Business & Hobbies, today. The replacement is from the gallery and I made sure that it didn't have any packs that I don't. Since Nia's family-orientated I decided to make her business a little more family friendly in case she adopts through 'Neighborhood Stories'. Added an extra bedroom & bath from my gallery as well. When I placed the build from the gallery, the game thought I didn't own 'High School Years' but I do and said something was deleted or replaced but not sure if anything was. I've had that message in a couple of other gallery downloads for packs I own. Just wondering if it's just a miscommunication between the gallery and my game but thought I'd make you aware of it.
At least the triple copies of some of my rooms are now down to one when viewing my gallery while in game as that was happening when I first came back to playing.
