Game Crashing
Every time I try to load my game it crashes before I can even play. Sometimes it will let me load into my house but if I ever try to leave the lot it will crash on the loading screen or if I try to save and sometimes it doesn’t even let me load into the house it just goes to the main screen and then will crash on the very first loading screen. I don’t use mods or cc but I’m on a pc. I’ve tried to repair the game in the steam app. This has been going on over a month. I don’t know what else to do but I miss my game :( any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🫶
dillysworld45 Please test a new save, with fresh sims and nothing from the Gallery or your own library, for comparison's sake. Let me know how it goes.
If the new save crashes too, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
