Game Data Incomplete

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions and all the stuff packs except for spooky stuff, cool kitchen stuff, and luxury party stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just enter the game and load a game 🤷‍♀️
What happens when the bug occurs? When I load a game, a thing pops up saying, Game Data Incomplete “Not all game data could be loaded. The save game references neighborhoods that have been uninstalled or otherwise are no longer available. If you continue playing, you will encounter missing data and may have unexpected results. If you save the game, there will be no way to recover the missing data”
What do you expect to see? Not that message
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed Eco Lifestyle

    @MadeleineNadia 

    Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
