Game deleted base game and expansion pack content

So I opened my game. Normal... I went into CAS to edit a family and a box opened that said "Some of your CAS content has been deleted." So I thought "I'll just fix it later." and continued to edit my...

Couldn't it be custom content?

Try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.
