Game DLC's not showing up in base game
Hello. I have the Sims 4 game installed as well as several add-on packs. Whenever I load into the game it is only the showing the base game inventory and gameplay, and none of the add-ons inventory or gameplay is showing. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the base games and add-on packs and that did not solve the issue. I cleared my cashe after each uninstall. All the DLC's don't work with the main game. It was all working until a month ago. I can still play the base game but none of the add-ons are showing even though they are all installed. I also checked and made sure that none of the add-on files were downloaded into the wrong folder. Please get back to me when you can.
@GumDropPop1332 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Does the EA App currently think you own this content? Please check in your App game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
Please also let me know how you determined that the DLC is installed in the correct location, and I'd like to see some screenshots as well so I can refer to various folders more accurately.
