Im having same problem and I have done everything except reformatt my computer and my game won't launch . I don't have anything in my game no cc nothing and it won't launch . If anyone has any suggestion please Help. 

Omg me too! i thought it was me so i deleted all my mods :/

If you haven't already, please please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

madamsimmer​ Misslee_broo​ If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

cara_mon01234​  There's nothing in your dxdiag that points to a particular issue, which is why I'd like more context, specifically what happens when you try to play.  If you play with mods or custom content, please also remove the Mods folder and try again.

I get a "failure to launch" message and told to try again later. apparently the servers are fine, but I genuinely don't understand whats happening.

same. no mods here. all the packs. :( longer load times since the last update w the new pack but played fine last night. 

Same here. Repaired, uninstalled, moved mods and still no luck

This comes up every time I try to Launch I've tried a clean game no mods or cc changed gaming settings on computer and a clean folder the only time the game has launched is when I use a different user account on my laptop but I really don't want to move all my saves and stuff over to that account 

Also get new last crash reports everytime it happens

Same problem. I have zero mods btw. "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later."

I found a fix on my end. I needed to make sure OneDrive was running on my computer!

Same here. At first i got the message that there was something wrong on EA´s end. Now nothing. I have purchased the game, so I need to be able to play it even if I am not connected to the internet.
